PharmaCare Hyrdocollid Dressing with Thin Border

This Hydrocolloid Dressing with thin border creates a moist healing environment with gel formed as exudate discharges. This dressing is comfortable to wear, and can be cut to a suitable size for the affected area. It is easy to remove and ideal for light to moderate exudate.

The PharmaCare Hydrocolloid Dressing with thin border is suitable for non-infected, low to mildly exuding wounds such as minor burns, pressure ulcers, blisters, cuts and scrapes.

Application

  • Make sure the wound area is clean and dry before applying the dressing
  • The Hydrocolloid dressing should be 2cm bigger than the wound area for optimal results
  • Keep weight off the dressing for 20 minutes to ensure good adhesion to the skin – it is best to leave for a minimum of 48 to 72 hours
  • If the dressing becomes white and swollen at any point, it indicates that the dressing should be changed
  • The dressing should be changed if there are any signs of leakage
  • Always moisten the wound area to allow for smooth removal

Single use only, Pack of 6.
